1. Who you are contracting with

Cruise 25 (“Cruise 25”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Moke America Virginia Beach, a dealership based in Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA. When you create an account or purchase a membership, you are entering into an agreement with Moke America Virginia Beach.

2. The service

Cruise 25 is a mapping and route-planning application for low speed vehicles (LSVs). It displays road speed limits, highlights roads that are likely permitted or prohibited for LSV use, plans routes on 35 mph and under roads, and provides community features. Cruise 25 is an informational tool only. Speed limit and legality data come from third-party and government sources that may be incomplete or out of date. You are solely responsible for obeying all traffic laws, posted signage, and local ordinances. Never rely on Cruise 25 as a substitute for your own judgment or official information.

3. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or continuing to use Cruise 25, you agree to these terms. You must be of legal age to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction, and if you are signing up on behalf of a business you confirm you have authority to bind that business. You must provide accurate information, keep it current, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse Cruise 25. In particular, you must not:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose or to encourage unlawful driving;
• commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate another person or business;
• upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
• post unlawful, harassing, hateful, or explicit content in community posts;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the service, including malware, probing, automated scraping, or circumventing technical limits;
• reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service.

5. User content

You retain ownership of photos and trip content you post. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, and display that content solely to operate the service. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms, and rights holders may contact us to request takedown of infringing material. Repeat infringement may result in permanent account termination.

6. Intellectual property

Moke America Virginia Beach retains all rights in Cruise 25, including its software, routing logic, design, documentation, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Cruise 25 within the plan you have purchased.

7. Service level and warranties

We do not guarantee that Cruise 25 will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that mapping and speed data will always be accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing frequency, renewal, taxes, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Individual memberships include a 7-day free trial and then renew monthly until cancelled. Business seat plans are billed as described at checkout. See our Refund Policy.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel your membership at any time. When access ends, you may lose access to saved routes and posted content; contact us beforehand if you need an export.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where that exclusion is not permitted by law. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use, or breach of these terms.

11. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, and disputes will be handled by the courts located there. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. We may update these terms and will post the revised version on this page.
