Cruise 25, operated by Moke America Virginia Beach, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your membership or business seat plan, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Free trial

Individual memberships start with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel at any time before it ends to avoid being billed.

How to request a refund

Payments and refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for all Cruise 25 orders. To request a refund or find your invoice, visit paddle.net and use the email address you purchased with. You can also email us at tim@mokevb.com and we will help arrange it.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal linked in your purchase receipt from Paddle. After cancellation you keep access until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be billed again.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
