Cruise 25, operated by Moke America Virginia Beach, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your membership or business listing, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Free trial

Individual memberships start with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel at any time before it ends to avoid being billed.

How to request a refund

Payments and refunds are processed by Stripe, with Link by Stripe acting as merchant of record on eligible Cruise 25 orders. To request a refund or find your invoice, use the billing link in your purchase receipt, or email us at tim@mokevb.com and we will help arrange it.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal linked in your purchase receipt. After cancellation you keep access until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be billed again.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
